Subject: Bunk Bed Recall
There has been a recall on the FunDreams newest model of
bunk beds.
Issues involving the safety of the top bunk have been
brought to our attention. It appears the sturdiness of the top bunk has been
misjudged.
Recall notices will be sent to our:

Retailers
·
Pediatricians’ offices
·
Popular parenting magazines
In addition, letters will be sent to any customer who sent
in the warranty card that came with the bed.
The notice will inform customers to stop using the bed, and
return to their retailer to receive free brackets to put on the top bunk
supports. If it’s not feasible for customers to return to the original
retailer, brackets can be sent to them directly by contacting our customer
service department.
FunDreams prides itself in customer satisfaction and safety,
as well as each department staying informed and involved.
